Unfortunate under the above described situation. None are eligible to buy resale HDB or resale EC under 10 years.
But you still can buy resale EC above 10 years.

SPR are only eligible to purchase resale HDB unit with their SPR or SC spouse. For your case, you can opt for resale EC or private property.

In this case, You will not be eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat as you do not meet the eligibility conditions of owning a HDB.

You can however go for a resale EC, as it is considered as a private property.
